Car strikes two parked vehicles, overturns in Bay Terraces

SAN DIEGO, CA — A rollover collision involving two parked vehicles was reported Monday morning in San Diego’s North Bay Terraces neighborhood, according to OnScene.TV.

The accident occurred on Terra Cotta Road, in a residential area near Fulton Elementary School. It was first reported by OnScene at 6:30 a.m.

An early investigation indicates an elderly male driver was behind the wheel of a Toyota sedan when he appeared to become distracted, causing his car to hit two parked vehicles. The impact of the crash caused the driver to lose control and flip onto its roof.

Footage captured at the scene indicates both occupants, the driver and a female passenger, were able to self-extricate from the vehicle. No was reported injured in the wreck.
