Medics respond to rollover on Lilac Extension Rd in Pala

SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA — A rollover collision was reported Wednesday afternoon on Lilac Extension Road near the Pala community, according to California Highway Patrol.

The accident occurred just south of California Highway 76, near the Pala Fire Department station. It was first reported by CHP at 2:53 p.m.

Details are limited at this time, but an ambulance was en route after a vehicle overturned in the area, suggesting likely injuries to at least one person.

The CHP traffic incident log also indicated the vehicle sustained significant damage, requiring towage from the scene.
