Modesto, CA- Man Killed After Car Crashed Down Highway 99 Embankment

A 22-year old man from Ceres was killed after the car that he was driving went down an embankment following a crash in Modesto, CA Sunday morning, August 4, 2019. The vehicle that the said man was driving reportedly went off southbound Highway 99 and down an embankment just before the North Ninth Street overpass. The crash was believed to had occurred just before 10:08 am. The man who was driving the vehicle at the time of the crash, was ejected out of his car during the crash. The man needed to have CPR done on him after the crash. However, rescuers were unable to revive him. The man was the only occupant in the vehicle at the time of the crash. The man was ejected out of his vehicle through the front passenger side window of the car.
