Rialto- 2 People Killed After Man Intentionally Crashed His Vehicle Into Another Car

A man intentionally crashed his vehicle into another car in Rialto on Saturday, July 6, 2019. 2 women were killed as a result of the crash. The said male driver was arrested. The crash occurred a few minutes before 9:30 pm along the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Spruce Avenue. 1 woman was found lying dead on the roadway. Another woman was found dead inside a silver Hyundai Sonata, according to authorities. The said 2 women were reportedly occupants of the Hyundai. The driver of the Hyundai stopped the vehicle at a red signal in the eastbound lane of Foothill Boulevard when a grey Lexus came up behind the said vehicle at a high rate of speed, without attempting to turn or brake, intentionally rear ended the Hyundai at speeds more than 70 mph. The huge impact of the crash killed the 2 women occupants in the Hyundai. The male driver of the Lexus was identified as Jesse Neaves, 40. The Lexus had 3 passengers in it, as well, at the time of the crash. Neaves was arrested on 2 homicide charges. Neaves and all of his passengers were taken to the hospital so that they could be treated for injuries they sustained from the crash. Neaves will be booked after he is released from the hospital.
