San Diego- Driver Chased By Police Complained Of Pain After Crashing Vehicle Into A Storage Container

The driver of a vehicle that the police were chasing complained of pain after he crashed his car into a storage container while the police was chasing him on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 in San Diego. The vehicle reportedly crashed into a storage container at Herbert Hoover High School after the driver led police officers on a short chase. An officer tried to stop the driver for an equipment violation infraction at around 10 am along the 4400 block of University Avenue. The driver then did not stop and instead led the officers on a short chase that ended at the said high school when the suspect finally crashed the car. According to police, the chase lasted less than 3 minutes. Police took the 20-year old male driver into custody following the crash. Paramedics took the said driver to the hospital after the driver complained of pain after the crash.
