San Diego Rear-End Collision Sends Three to Hospital

Three people, including a five-year-old child, sustained moderate to major injuries in a severe rear-end collision that took place on April 26 around 1:45 p.m. on northbound Interstate 805( I-805) near Interstate 15( I-15). Traffic was backed up all the way to Market Street.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a red PT Cruiser was struck from behind by a silver color vehicle. All the injured victims, including the child, were immediately transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

If the driver is determined to have been at fault in this case, then he could be held financially responsible for the injuries and damages caused.
