UPDATE: Minor injuries reported following crash on I-5 near Las Pulgas
AGRA, CA – The California Highway Patrol has changed the status of this morning’s collision on southbound I-5 and Las Pulgas Road. They now say that minor injuries are present.
The initial collision occurred when an Infiniti G37 sedan collided with the center divider. A semi truck carrying 90,000 pounds of produce tried to avoid the initial crash, causing it to run off the road and overturn. A second vehicle may also have been involved in that subsequent collision, although details are scant.
An ambulance was called to the scene to treat minor injuries, but it remains unclear how many people were hurt and in what ways.
