A bicyclist was killed after he was hit by a vehicle while he was riding his vehicle in Van Nuys, CA on Saturday night, December 7, 2019. The accident took place at approximately 6 pm, at the intersection of Victory Boulevard and Kester Avenue. A driver was reportedly driving his vehicle westbound along Kester Avenue, when the driver drove through the intersection at Victory Boulevard, and hit a bicyclist riding his bicycle in the opposite direction, supposedly illegally crossing into the intersection.
