Woman fatally hit on Ingraham St in Mission Bay Park

SAN DIEGO, CA — A 34-year-old woman was fatally struck by a vehicle early Saturday before being hit by two other vehicles in San Diego’s Mission Bay Park, according to Times of San Diego.

The crash happened on the 2500 block of Ingraham Street near SeaWorld at approximately 4:15 a.m.

According to San Diego police, the woman had climbed over a Jersey wall to cross the road and was not in a designated crosswalk when a 24-year-old man driving southbound struck and killed her.

Moments later, she was struck by two other drivers who fled the scene.

Authorities confirmed the victim died at the scene.

The 24-year-old driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

San Diego police encouraged anyone with information to come forward.
